Most people try to coach, lead, influence (and parent) behaviors.  As a new leader and coach early in my career, I too was focused on coaching behaviors.

When I was growing up, coaches were the guys with the loud voices and even louder whistles out on the sports field. But these days, coaching is everywhere.
