Are you still making excuses to use a paper calendar?  You don’t have a flip phone anywhere on you, do you? I don’t know about you, but I loved my Daytimer. Perhaps you loved your Franklin planner. I was more efficient with my beloved Day-timer than I am with my Smart phone, smart as it is. Even though I could take out my Day-Timer and make an appointment faster than those at the table with a phone, the day came when I had to stop using pen and paper. It was dated, old school, so last century.

You can live your life by one of two philosophes. You can choose to be the exception to any rule or you can choose to be the rule. There are always exceptions: JFK was the first-and last-Catholic in the White House and Chrissie Evert had a winning unorthodox backhand. But both of these are the exception not the rule.

The rule about the Internet is that you have to offer substance. There is so much information available at the touch of finger that flashy technology is not enough to win friends or customers. You have to have substance.

Except for the exceptions.

I love the presidential primary season. Most Americans say they hate it, but I love it for  Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Mike Huckabee, and even Bernie Sanders and his 90% tax proposal. The Donald is used to saying whatever he wants, whenever he wants to say it. So in his speech to announce his “candidacy” he called immigrants from Mexico rapists and basically sex offenders and drug lords.
