Ron Piccolo
Dr. Ron Piccolo is the Cornell Professor of Management and Academic Director for the Center for Leadership Development at the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business. His research on leadership, job design, social information processing, and subconscious motivation has been published in Forbes magazine, in numerous textbooks, and top academic journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior.
