Leadership seems to get harder and harder. Jamie Dimon lives with daily headlines debating whether or not he will retain both jobs: Chairman and CEO of J.P. Morgan Chase. Organizations and individuals that create lasting change share one common trait and it’s grit. Grit is having a resilient attitude in the face of failure or despair. It means enduring years of obscurity and hard work without reaping the immediate payoff.
