Diane Cashin is the President & CEO of True North Enterprise and author of “Why You Didn’t Get the Job: A Women’s Guide to Navigating Her Way to the Top.” Diane has been featured on Fox News, Bloomberg TV, International Business Times, and The CEO Magazine. She is a women empowerment and executive transformation coach who has worked with many of America’s top businesses including: Cisco, Lockheed Martin, Siemens and the Department of Veteran Affairs.

As an international speaker, Diane is often sought out by global organizations that invest in leadership development programs for women to achieve their inclusion and diversity goals. She inspires women all over the world by developing targeted programs using her unique blend of consulting and coaching, resulting in individual transformation that is aligned with overall business goals.

As an executive leadership coach, Diane helps leaders accelerate their performance to the next level. They learn how to better execute their vision, develop effective communication skills, and create followership at all levels of the organization. She also works alongside executives, helping them identify future leaders within their organization and cultivating their leadership skills.

As a strategic advisor, Diane guides organizations to develop and hone their vision and solidify their mission. She ensures focused alignment with tactical operations and smooth execution to achieve clearly defined goals.

Diane’s philosophy is one of giving back. She has enjoyed being involved with a number of philanthropic organizations including serving on the board for Girls Inc. and the Paralyzed Veteran's Association Gala Committee.

Diane also serves as Vice President of Sales and Client Services at OUTSOURCEIT, a managed service provider. Before founding True North Enterprise, Diane was Vice President of Federal Healthcare at By Light Professional IT Services; a service-disabled, veteran-owned, federal government prime contract holder. Diane has also held several strategic and leadership roles at Cisco, where, from 2005-2011 she spearheaded the global strategies between Cisco and several Global System Integrators. While at Cisco, Diane also led the solution strategy for the company’s Federal Healthcare vertical.  Prior to Cisco, Diane was Director of International Inside Sales for Fiberlink, a managed services company where she led the Solutions Marketing strategy for Siemens Medical.
