Stop for a moment, right now, and ask yourself ‘when was the last time I felt inspired?’ How did feeling inspired affect my performance, my life? Who inspired me and, more importantly, how did they do it?

No one I know has enough time. However, it is possible to better use the time you have. The following four beliefs about time are often counterproductive. A change in perception could improve your use of time, giving you more time for your leadership tasks.

I call meditation “The Wizard of Oz” or my “behind the scenes” component to my business mantra of “make a lot of money, help a lot of people, and have a lot of fun”. I start off every day mediating for twenty minutes. I find the practice so important on so many levels.

If you haven’t meditated before, it’s akin to when you first decide to start working out.You begin slowly. You keep the threshold low.
